K R Rao
Lt Gen K.R. Rao, PVSM, AVSM, VSM (Retd.)
A decorated Army veteran with over 40 years of service, Lt Gen Rao retired as Director General of Artillery. He held key leadership roles including commanding units in Siachen, Punjab, and Rajasthan, and led HR and planning at Army HQ. Post-retirement, he has served as Advisor to DRDO, Bharat Forge, and Tata Motors, and remains an active defence analyst and speaker.
Raja Mohan Ravi
A senior aerospace professional with 22+ years of experience across Quality, Compliance, Engineering, ERP, and Operations in the aero engine MRO/OEM space. Currently VP at Aero Norway AS, he has previously worked with Pratt & Whitney and Cyient. Raja holds advanced degrees in aviation management from Cranfield University and MSTUCA, along with an MBA from BITS Pilani.
Amit Kumar
A seasoned aviation expert with over 24 years of experience across MRO, airlines, and consulting, Amit specializes in Quality Assurance, Safety Management Systems (SMS), and global regulatory compliance (DGCA, EASA, FAA). He has held leadership roles at Safran, Kingfisher Airlines, and GMR, with deep expertise in AS9100 series standards and aviation safety frameworks.
Vishal Khanna
Held senior strategic roles including Director Personnel (Airmen & Civilians) at Air HQ. He led national and international disaster relief operations, including missions in Yemen, Nepal, and Fiji, and was awarded multiple service commendations. His expertise spans fleet management, HR strategy, logistics, and crisis operations.

Air Marshal B. Chandra Sekhar, PVSM, AVSM (Retd.)
A distinguished Air Force leader with nearly 40 years of service, Air Marshal Sekhar retired as Commandant of the Air Force Academy. An accomplished helicopter pilot and strategic planner, he held top operational and administrative roles across the IAF and led India’s first military aviation unit in a UN peacekeeping mission. He is known for driving training modernization, infrastructure development, and inter-agency coordination at the highest levels.
Venkata Pramodh
A seasoned aviation engineering professional with over 15 years at GMR Aero Technic, Pramodh specializes in technical services for aircraft maintenance, including Boeing 737, Airbus A320, ATR, and Q400. He has extensive experience in engineering documentation, OEM coordination, structural repair design, and regulatory compliance, and has trained with Malaysia Airlines in base and line maintenance.
